The old model of competition no longer serves the planet, the country, the company, and certainly not the individual.
I discovered the cooperation model nearly 16 years ago as a successful chiropractor in San Diego. As in most businesses, the goal was getting as much, or as many (in this case, patients) as I, or any of us could.

A new structure

Berny Dohrmann, a thought leader and former investment banker, made a decision to create an environment where entrepreneurs had the opportunity to receive outstanding training from leaders in the business world, as well as a networking environment conducive to building their businesses in a culture of collaboration, as distinct from competition. As Tony Robbins says, “Success leaves clues.” Follow those clues and you enhance the probability of you achieving success.
"Imagine everyone playing at that level, people in your sphere of influence asking you what you need next. The odds of actually recieving what you need increase exponentially."
Over the nine months after my return from CEO Space, my practice nearly doubled. I discovered the model of collaboration and cooperation and subsequently stepped into a business incubator.
When you play in the cooperation space, it’s almost magical how your life changes. You’ve probably been to a networking event, where the game is to find as many people as you can who can consume as much as they can of your business or service. Try something different. Ask everyone what they are doing in their business. Then find out what they’re trying to accomplish. Finally, ask them the key question: “What do you need next?”

The tools of success

Most people, in my experience, don’t even know what they need next. They may say more clients, patients, customers or money, but that’s the outcome; not what they really need next. What they really need next may include branding, marketing and an outstanding business plan. When you do find out what they need, give it to them: a contact, a lead or a resource.
Now imagine everyone playing at that level, people in your sphere of influence asking you what you need next. The odds of actually recieving what you need increase exponentially.
My passion is contributing to the growth and development of entrepreneurs and their businesses, bridging the gap between where they are now and where they have the burning desire to be.
While certainly not the only entrepreneurial event, Forbes writer John Hall, said of CEO Space, "By attending this conference you'll make connections with key influencers and other leaders valuable to helping you achieve your professional and business goals."
